Policy:
As with any business,
some items may not be available at the time of purchase. When this
happens, CDNF will not ship out your order until you have been notified which
items are not currently in stock. You will be provided with an estimate
time for delivery, and then can make a choice whether to ship the order without
the out of stock item(s) or have us wait and complete your order before
shipping.
Canada Wide Shipping -
Flat Fee
of $8.95
At CDNF we want you shopping experience to be pleasant and worry free.
We have a flat shipping charge of $8.95 for all Canadian Destinations.

and will reach their destination within 4-5 days (Usually 2-3 days).
Depending on the total weight of the order, we may at our discretion ship
via Free Expedited Shipping to reduce shipping costs to us. Once
the order is processed, a tracking number will be provided via email.

Most order will be
shipped the same or next day by 2:00pm eastern standard time. If
an order is received over the weekend, it will be process on the next
business day.
Toronto and Mississauga
Customers Free Deliver (via CanadaPost Expedited as long as the order is over $50
before taxes,
otherwise a charge of $8.95 will be charged for shipping.
International
Orders (including U.S.)
International
Customers, will be charged 100% of the shipping costs to their invoice.
CDNF provides three options to International Customers:
CanadaPost Xpedited
(Econimical 10-15 business day deliver to most locations) -
Actual shipping charges will be added to invoice
when calculated.
CanadaPost
XpressPost (Faster service, 4-5 business day delivery to most locations,
however this service does cost more! Actual
shipping charges will be added to invoice when calculated.
Provide A Quote
- If you provide us with your full address, we would be happy to provide you
with a quote for your approval. A quote will be emailed to you
usually within 24 hours, please check your email to avoid delays.
Shipping charges over
the last year have increased dramatically and CDNF is sensitive to customer
needs. We normally respond with a shipping quote on the same or next
business day, please check your email to avoid delays.
CDNF will try to
accommodate all our customers, if you plan to make a large purchase, please
email us and we will try to work something out!
Based on the country
into which you are sending the products, you may incur customs charges
levied at the time your package reaches the destination country. You are
responsible for these charges. These charges may include import duties
and/or taxes that may be due at the time the package is retrieved by the
recipient. Customs charges are
in most cases based on the actual invoice value of your order, which will accompany your order. The recipient will also
be responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance. Please
check with your local authorities before placing your order to determine
what duties/taxes (if any) may be imposed.
Payment Methods: We
accept the following credit cards: Visa & Mastercard. We do not accept
personal checks! We accept Money Orders, however your order will not be shipped until we have received you payment. We will ship C.O.D.
(Canada Only), A $6.00 Service charge will be added to your order.
Return Policy: We cannot
accept returns on opened merchandise. All un-opened merchandise can be returned
for exchange or credit. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on
returns. We encourage customers to ask questions, and review all the
products purchased on our site very carefully before placing orders. CDNF

Damages/Shortages: All orders are photographed with a digital
camera and tripled check for accuracy. All shortages are to be reported within
24 hours of receipt. Please keep the original carton. Please report all damages
