Kyolic® Liquid Aged Garlic Extract

DESCRIPTION: KYOLIC Liquid is the original Aged Garlic Extract (AGE), produced from organically grown garlic. This is the preferred form of Aged Garlic Extract for use with small children, convalescent individuals, and those who cannot swallow capsules, caplets or tablets.

Kyolic Aged Garlic Extract liquid is the result of a proprietary 20 month aging of certified organic garlic. The special aging process naturally reduces the malodorous and harsh components of garlic, including allicin. Thereby making Kyolic the most palatable and the safest garlic supplement available.

The natural 20 month aging process leads to the formation of a variety of protective sulfur compounds, and protective chemicals, such as S-allyl-cysteine (SAC), at levels that are higher than non-aged garlic. Some researchers are suggesting that SAC is actually more effective than vitamin E in protecting the liver against lipid peroxidation.
