How much do you charge for shipping? |

Shipments to Canadian Destinations will
be billed a flat shipping charge of $8.95. Toronto and Mississauga
residents, orders over $50 will receive free shipping via our truck.
Orders less than $50.00 will be charged $8.95. |

International Shipments (including the
US) will be charged the actual shipping charges based on total weight!
CDNF will not ship product until the customer has had the opportunity to
review the shipping charges and approve them. CDNF understands that
shipping charges can be expensive and we will not charge anything to the
customer without their full knowledge! For more information,

Note: If you are in the US and plan to make a large purchase, please
email us, in some instances we
may be able to wavier or reduce the shipping charges! |

We are Canadian, but we do have
operations in the US as well. |

The answer is really both.
Depending on what you order or request, your order may come from either
country. However CDNF will pay for any duties or taxes on your behalf
if products are coming in from the US. (The procedure will be transparent to
the customer) |

products I order in stock? |

CDNF will not ship an incomplete order
without first contacting the customer. You will be provided with
an estimate time for when the products will be available, the decision to
ship partial orders or to hold the order until all products are available
will be up to you. |

Yes, we will try to locate it for you or
find a suitable substitute. We have preformed this service for
many customer (there is no cost to you for this service) |

How do you charge Taxes? |

All Canadian Destinations will be
charged GST (If applicable) Only Ontario
residents are required to pay PST. If you reside outside Ontario,
you can de-select the PST charges.
International Customers will not be charged any taxes
(and can de-select both Taxes). However depending on the country, you
may be charged duties or taxes at the customs office of your country. |
